Got the aphrodisiac and gentlemen’s blend. Love the scents!! The hold is good from both for my handlebars. Do find I need to add wax part way through the day, not necessarily for hold, but because I love the scents so much!!
It melts in my fingers very easily when I scrape a small amount out with my thumbnail and application is never a problem. Do not need to worry about pulling out hairs, and yet it holds up very well. I like a sharper look and this accomplishes that objective, but if you put on a small amount you can easily have a more natural look as well. Feel free to play around with it. Very forgiving. Washes out easily enough in the shower. For the price point this is an incredible purchase.
I often combine these waxes with my sudden death for a little more strength. Fisticuffs for the base, and scent, sudden death to ensure a stronger hold on the curls. (Fisticuffs can accomplish curls alone, but sudden death just ensures they stay in place through the day). That way I save money on the sudden death, strong hold which is about twice the price.
I will definitely buy these two again, as well as try some of their other offerings in the future!!
